Salary
We are dedicated to offering competitive salaries to recognize the hard work of our learners. Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) survey data is gathered annually to calculate resident stipends based on the projected 75th percentile of nationwide stipends. This amounts to over $3000 more for UW Health residents than the national median.
AY 2024-25 Stipends
PGY-1: $69,126*
PGY-2: $71,758*
PGY-3: $75,227*
*Amount includes $500 annual well-being stipend.
