Pediatric Grand Rounds – Hybrid Session Schedule
The Department of Pediatrics hosts Grand Rounds every Thursday from 7:30–8:30 a.m. Central Time as a weekly opportunity to learn, connect, and engage with experts in pediatric care.
While most sessions are offered virtually, there is an in-person option available only on the second Thursday of each month to foster community and in-person collaboration. The events listed below are those hybrid sessions, offered both in person at the Health Sciences Learning Center (HSLC) and virtually via Zoom.

Series Overview
Pediatrics Grand Rounds is a weekly multidisciplinary and interprofessional conference designed to improve a participant’s ability to practice pediatric medicine, including patient care, conducting health care research, providing medical education, addressing public health, and implementing innovation.
Global Objectives
As a result of participation in this educational series, members of the health care team will be able to:
- Identify state of the art, evidence-based pediatric research and/or education, and/or clinical care including the prevention, diagnosis and treatment for pediatric patients.
- Analyze issues of social impact and belonging related to pediatric care.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other health care professionals, community members and families to advocate for health care needs of children.
