The Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes Fellowship is a three-year subspecialty program designed to train clinically expert physicians who also have research skills to advance the discovery of new knowledge in the field. Fellows who successfully complete this program will meet the requirements for application to the American Board of Pediatrics certifying exam in pediatric endocrinology.

||ON-SERVICE TIME See patients primarily at American Family Children’s Hospital, but also at two community hospitals: Meriter and St. Mary’s

|Formally meet with Program Director and Scholarship Oversight Committee twice yearly.
||All service is covered by faculty to allow all fellows to attend the PAS/PES meeting annually. Fellows routinely submit abstracts and present research at the PAS meeting every Spring. Additional conferences attended in past include Endocrine Society, ADA, NASPAG.
