Why Choose the UW Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship?
Individualized Education
While all critical care fellows must gain certain skills and knowledge during fellowship, they frequently have individual career goals. Our medium-sized program affords ample time to work closely with you to design individualized activities, including a variety of elective opportunities in pediatric and adult critical care, that meet your specific needs.
Fellow-driven Research Projects
We strive to provide a successful foundation for the rest of your career. Therefore, we believe gaining experience and skills in research is best achieved by embarking on an idea that you are passionate about. Fellows can pursue clinical, basic-science, educational and/or quality research within the division, the Department of Pediatrics, or anywhere throughout the expansive University campus.
