Participating in SMPH shared governance is an essential part of fulfilling the school’s missions of education, research, and service. Four members of the Department of Pediatrics were elected as new members to three councils and committees.
- Academic Planning Council: Emma Mohr, MD, PhD, associate professor, fellowship director, Division of Infectious Diseases
- Medical Student Admissions Committee: Eileen Cowan, MD, associate professor, Division of Neonatology and Newborn Nursery, and associate director for pre-clinical pediatric education; and Kelly McGregory, DO, MS, professor, Division of Child Protection, and associate residency program director
- Teaching Professor Track Appointments and Promotion Committee: Dipesh Navsaria, MPH, MSLIS, MD, professor, Division of General Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine
