Sushant Srinivasan and Maria Stanley among 2024 UW Health Physician Leadership Development Program graduates

On October 17, 26 physician leaders graduated from the UW Health Physician Leadership Development Program, a system-wide well-being initiative designed to equip physicians with the leadership skills necessary to navigate the challenges of academic medicine. Led by UW Health’s Cory Geisler, vice president of provider services, the program empowers participants with vital tools for building trust, sustaining teams, influence, conflict resolution, and leading strategic change. Two Department of Pediatrics members were among the graduates: Sushant Srinivasan, MD, MHPE, associate professor, Division of Critical Care, and Maria Stanley, MD, professor and chief, Developmental Pediatrics and Rehabilitation Medicine, and interim chief, Division of Genetics and Metabolism.
