Megan Moreno, MD, MSEd, MPH, professor, division chief (academic) and vice chair of academic affairs, Division of General Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, was appointed to a four-year term on the National Advisory Child Health and Human Development (NACHHD) Council. It is an advisory group of the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD). The NACHHD Council is charged with advising, consulting with, and making recommendations to the NICHD director on matters relating to NICHD research and research support activities and functions. Moreno’s term began December 1, 2024, and will end November 30, 2028.
