The program provides fellows with a comprehensive education, providing evidence-based care to the most critically ill neonates, thereby allowing them to develop into excellent and well-prepared attending neonatologists. The Division of Neonatal & Perinatal Medicine has developed a series of didactic lectures that will cover all of the American Board of Pediatric content, as well as clinical journal clubs and morbidity and mortality conferences. Fellows also participate in the development of clinical guidelines and quality improvement projects.
