Three members of the Department of Pediatrics faculty were selected for the 2022-2023 Physician Leadership Development Program. Kelly McGregory, DO, clinical associate professor, interim chief, and associate residency program director, Child Protection, Daniel O’Connell, MD, assistant professor, GI, Hepatology, and Nutrition, and Hara Levy, MD, MMSc, professor and division chief, Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine, will be part of the 27-member cohort that launches in September. Over the course of the year-long program, participants will learn leadership skills including how to work in cross-functional teams, manage change, and communicate effectively. They will attend 11 courses and work on a group leadership project using A3 thinking.
