Philip Doll selected for Big Ten Academic Alliance IT Leaders Program

In an effort to better prepare leaders for 21st-century challenges within their respective IT organizations, as well as in higher education in general, the Big Ten Academic Alliance (BTAA) Chief Information Officers (CIOs) instituted the Information Technology Leaders Program (ITLP) in the spring of 2005. Since that time, more than 340 IT staff members from BTAA universities have graduated from the program. Philip Doll, IT manager, will join the cohort of Big Ten IT leaders who will begin the year-long program in September 2023. The top 10 critical leadership competencies that will be taught include communication, working across the organization, strategic thinking, developing people and teams, systemic thinking, putting customers first, integrity and trust, accountability, change management, and shared leadership.
