The Department of Pediatrics would like to thank Christopher Green, MD, professor emeritus, for his service as the interim chief of the Division of Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine. Green held this role for about eight months, providing leadership and administrative support to the division.
Christina Barreda, MD, assistant professor, recently began a new role as interim chief of the Division of Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine. Barreda is a pediatric pulmonologist with a special interest in caring for children with asthma, cystic fibrosis, and pulmonary lymphatic disorders. She is co-director of the UW Pediatric Cystic Fibrosis Program and an active member of the UW Cystic Fibrosis Quality Improvement Team.
