In celebration of the 2026 American Medical Association Women in Medicine Month, the Department of Medicine asked three of its female faculty members to share stories of peers who led change through collaboration. Heather Bartlett, MD, professor and interim chief, Division of Cardiology, was one of the women featured in the video, “Women Working Together to Transform Medicine.” Bartlett, a pediatric and adult congenital cardiologist, has a joint appointment in the Department of Medicine.
