Professional Activities
Dr. Heather Bartlett is professor (CHS) in the Division of Cardiology and serves as medical director of pediatric cardiology at American Family Children’s Hospital. Within the UW School of Medicine and Public Health Department of Medicine, she serves as program director for the UW Adult Congenital Heart Disease Fellowship and directs the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program. Bartlett is a fellow in the American Heart Association (AHA) and is active in several societies to improve cardiovascular health through advancing science, education, and advocacy.
Bartlett has a joint appointment in the Department of Medicine.
Clinical Interests
Bartlett is a pediatric and adult congenital cardiologist interested in complex congenital heart disease, connective tissue disorders, and cardiovascular genetics.
Research Interests
Bartlett’s research interests center on the mechanisms and outcomes of congenital heart disease.
