Overview: This workshop is intended for all faculty, staff and trainees in the Department of Pediatrics who are interested in finding passion in the work that you do. We will explore themes of personal mission and vision, working through your values and what matters most to you. We will also explore your individual strengths, connect with others and get introduced in how to leverage positive psychology at work.
