The nominations committee of the Association of Pediatric Program Directors (APPD) named Dan Sklansky, MD, associate professor, Division of Hospital Medicine and Complex Care, and director of the Pediatrics Residency Program, chair-elect of the APPD Program Directors Executive Committee. Sklansky will commence this three-year appointment later this year, serving one year as chair-elect, one year as chair, and one year as past chair. The Department of Pediatrics named Sklansky associate program director of its Pediatrics Residency Program in 2013 and program director in 2020.
