Marissa Swenson, DO

Dr. Marissa Swenson pursued her undergraduate degree at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where she majored in biomedical sciences, with minors in child development and chemistry. She chose pediatrics because she loves working with children and families and finds it rewarding to be with families in the good, bad, and everyday moments. She also loved her pediatrics rotations and the opportunities to be a little silly every day! She is interested in general pediatrics and looks forward to following patients and families as they grow. Her other interests include infectious diseases, preventive medicine, and mental health. Outside of medicine, Swenson enjoys hanging out with her friends, reading, knitting, sewing, playing tennis, and spending time outdoors.
