Dr. Nicole (Nikki) St. Clair is associate professor (CHS) in the Division of Hospital Medicine and Complex Care as well as the Division of Global Pediatrics. She directs the department’s Global Child Health Training Program. As a global health educator, she has served in leadership roles within the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Section on Global Health, the American Board of Pediatrics Global Health Task Force, the Association of Pediatric Program Directors Global Health Educators Group, and the Midwest Consortium of Global Child Health Educators. In these roles, she has worked to develop and promote best practices in global health education and utilized educational and clinical services to address health disparities.
St. Clair’s professional interests include working with multidisciplinary teams, teaching students and residents, and helping families to smoothly navigate the path from hospital to home safely.
