Megan Nedden, MD
Credentials: University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health
Position title: PGY-2 Resident
Dr. Megan Nedden is from Antigo, Wisconsin. She attended UW–Madison for her undergraduate degree, where she majored in nutritional sciences and earned certificates in global health and gender and women’s studies. Her pediatrics rotation was her favorite, and she spent a lot of time working in outpatient pediatrics during medical school. It was an honor for her to watch kids grow up and to see them multiple times throughout their young lives. She finds kids to be resilient and light-hearted, even in the toughest times. Nedden enjoys getting to know whole families and creating a trusting bond with parents and kids. Preventive medicine is an area she is passionate about; she’s also interested in primary care, nutrition, mental health, and legislative advocacy. Outside of medicine, Nedden likes to travel and has been to 49 of the 50 states. She also enjoys hiking, reading, trying new restaurants and cuisines, and petting dogs.
