Megan Moreno awarded WARF Kellett Mid-Career Fellowship

Megan Moreno, MD, MSEd, MPH

Each year the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF) recognizes faculty members who advance the university’s research mission through their exemplary record of research and scholarly activity. Megan Moreno, MD, MSEd, MPH, professor, vice chair of academic affairs, and division chief for General Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, is one of the eleven faculty honored by WARF and selected for the Kellett Mid-Career Fellowship. The honor, named for the late William R. Kellett, a former president of the WARF board of trustees and president of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, comes with $75,000 that may be spent over five years.

Moreno’s research team, the Social Media and Adolescent Health Research Team (SMAHRT), focuses on the intersection of technology and adolescent health. Read more about the mission and focus of Moreno’s research, as well as her recent publications.
