Kirstin Nackers, MD, associate professor, Hospital Medicine, and director of undergraduate education, has been selected for the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health’s (SMPH) Dean’s Teaching Awards. The awards were established in 1992 to honor outstanding contributions in student education in medical school programs, and they are SMPH’s only peer-selected teaching award. Nackers will receive the award on Medical Education Day on May 19.
