Two Department of Pediatrics faculty members will be advising students during the 2021-2022 academic year as part of the Hilldale Faculty/Undergraduate Research fellowship program. Christian Capitini, MD, associate professor, Hematology, Oncology, and Bone Marrow Transplant, will advise Anne Wong. Christine Sorenson, PhD, distinguished scientist, Neonatology and Newborn Nursery, will advise Barbara Hanna. As part of the fellowship, the students are provided a stipend in the amount of $3,000, and the faculty advisors are awarded $1,000 to help offset costs associated with the student’s research.
