This February, Ryan McAdams, MD, professor in the Divisions of Neonatology and Newborn Nursery and Global Pediatrics, was invited to speak at the 10th annual Advancing the Development of Pediatric Therapeutics (ADEPT) meeting, sponsored by the Food and Drug Administration. McAdams presented, “Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Digital Health Technologies (DHTs) in the NICU – Academic Perspective,” in which he advocated for regulation of AI in the NICU during the “Innovative Strategies for Neonatal and Rare Disease Clinical Trials” session on the third day of the meeting.
