Today, December 3, the University of Wisconsin Department of Pediatrics celebrates Fellowship Match Day and the nine outstanding physicians who will be joining our fellowship programs in July 2026. This day marks an important milestone as we welcome the next generation of pediatric subspecialists and look forward to the expertise, curiosity, and compassion they will bring to our research and clinical care.

Other pediatrics-affiliated fellowship programs have match dates in January, including the Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship. This article will be amended to include any further fellowship match results.
Fellowship Match Day also marks a celebration of our current residents who will embark on the next step in their training. Six of the department’s third-year residents will be joining pediatric fellowship programs at the University of Wisconsin, including the five residents listed above. Below is the sixth resident who matched within a different department at the University of Wisconsin.
