Professional Activities
Dr. Mark Moss is faculty member within the Division of Allergy, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and has a joint appointment with the Department of Pediatrics. He is the director of the Clinical Research Program in the Division of Allergy, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, staffs the Allergy Clinic at the University of Wisconsin East and West Outpatient Clinics, and consults on the Inpatient Consultation Service. His medical interests include asthma and atopic dermatitis. He is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and the Wisconsin Allergy Society. Moss has an affiliate appointment in the Department of Medicine.

Moss’s clinical specialties include asthma, rhinitis, and atopic dermatitis.
Research Interests
Moss’s research interests include childhood asthma, allergic rhinitis and allergy immunotherapy. Moss serves as principal investigator for several clinical research trials in the Allergy and Asthma Clinical Research Program investigating new treatments for asthma, allergic rhinitis, and other allergic diseases. Recent trials include the use of novel forms of allergy immunotherapy including accelerated subcutaneous immunotherapy, sublingual immunotherapy, and immunomodulator therapy. Trials also include treatment of exercise-induced asthma, asthma using novel routes of delivery of medications, and asthma using newly developed medications.
