Professional Activities
Dr. Troy J. Kleist is a clinical associate professor in the Division of General Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine. Outside of his clinical practice, Kleist is interested in medical education. He serves as a longitudinal teacher for several medical students. In addition, he is actively involved in teaching students in preceptorships, clerkships, and residencies.
Clinical Interests
Kleist is a general pediatrician who specializes in preventative care and the management of chronic pediatric conditions. His areas of expertise include asthma, allergies as it pertains to chronic management, and the prevention and management of fetal alcohol syndrome in pediatric patients.
