Dr. Whitley Hulse is assistant professor (CHS) in the Division of Neonatology and Newborn Nursery.  

Clinical Interests

Hulse is a neonatologist with clinical interests in monitoring growth and nutrition in patients with severe illness. Additionally, she assists parents who are transitioning to having a neonate in the NICU. 

Research Interests

Hulse’s research investigates NICU interventions that can positively impact brain growth and future neurodevelopmental outcomes in neonates. Her team focuses on interventions for growth, nutrition, and body composition.
