meds@HOME (the “App”) is provided by University of Wisconsin – Madison at no cost and is intended for use as is.

We do not collect any data other than that which is entered by the user of the App. Users may choose to enter their child’s demographic information (such as their name, age, and address), the names and contact information of their child’s caregivers, and information pertaining to their child’s medical care (such as their medications, care routines and diagnoses). This data is viewable only by the user and those designated by the user, as well as authorized research staff developing and maintaining the App. The data is not shared with any other party.
