Pediatrics Grand Rounds is a weekly multidisciplinary and interprofessional conference series designed to improve a participant’s ability to practice pediatric medicine by enhancing knowledge in clinical care, healthcare research, medical education, public health, and innovation implementation.
Pediatric Grand Rounds are presented by UW faculty, Community Health Partnerships and guest faculty from around the country. Departmental faculty, fellows, residents, and medical students, as well as community-based pediatricians benefit from these clinically relevant lectures.
This year the Pediatric Grand Rounds Planning Committee has added a recurring theme of Health Equity to explore how this issue significantly impacts health outcomes, as well as offer opportunities to inform practice change and community engagement. This theme will be addressed through didactic lectures and professional development opportunities.
Pediatric Grand Round lectures take place Thursday mornings from 7:30-8:30 AM CST. Due to COVID-19 and current restrictions, Pediatric Grand Rounds occur via the online platform Zoom. For assistance please visit UW-Madison Zoom – Help.
