Jasmine Zapata, MD (Assistant Professor (CHS), Division of Neonatology & Newborn Nursery, Pediatrics and Centennial Scholar, UW Institute for Clinical and Translational Research) was honored at the 12th annual University of Wisconsin – Madison Outstanding Women of Color Awards on March 5. This annual celebration recognizes women who share their exceptional scholarship with the campus and Madison community through their dedicated work, outreach, and impact in social justice, service, research and community building.
