Returning for its second year, the Department of Pediatrics Staff Summit is a day dedicated to bringing staff together to learn, connect, and grow both personally and professionally.
The Staff Summit provides a unique opportunity for staff to step away from their daily responsibilities, invest in their professional development, and strengthen relationships with colleagues across the department. This year’s summit will emphasize building practical professional skills, sharing knowledge, and fostering connections that support our individual and collective success.
Through interactive workshops, engaging discussions, and collaborative learning experiences, participants will have opportunities to develop skills they can apply in their everyday work, explore new perspectives, and learn from one another.
Beyond professional development, the Staff Summit is an opportunity to celebrate the people who help make our department successful, build meaningful connections, and strengthen our sense of belonging within the Department of Pediatrics.
