Professional Activities

Dr. Nathan Lepp is a clinical assistant professor in the Division of Neonatology and Newborn Nursery. His two passions outside of caring for infants in the NICU are transport medicine and advocacy. Lepp is associate medical director for the Med Flight pediatrics and neonatal transport team, and he participates in regular outreach with the team’s referring facilities regarding transports and infant care. In addition, Lepp is active in advocacy for NICU patients on the local and state levels through work with the department and the March of Dimes, a nonprofit dedicated to improving maternal and infant health. 

Clinical Interests

Lepp’s clinical interests relate to improving patient outcomes and experiences in neonatal and pediatric transport.
