We can consider the following applicants for fellowship:
- Graduates of medical school in the United States or Canada accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA), and who have successfully completed or are in the process of completing residency training in pediatrics.
- Graduates of medical schools and residency outside the United States and Canada who have completed Steps 1, 2, and 3 of the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE), recently received a currently valid certificate from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG), or possess a full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a United States licensing jurisdiction, and who have completed or are in the process of completing pediatric residency training in the United States or Canada.
Applications for training beginning in July 2016 will be accepted in late 2014 and early 2015. The application process utilizes ERAS.
In addition to the above applications, we require three letters of recommendation and a statement of your professional goals. Our fellowship program participates in the NRMP match.
