Providing Credible and Trustworthy Clinical Assessments of Learners \nSession Overview: \nHave you ever struggled to meet your clerkship or residency director’s requests for clinical assessments? Despite our best intentions as educators\, sometimes clinical assessment feels like one more task on an already too long list. By the end of this session\, you will be reminded of the philosophy behind workplace-based assessments in order to focus on the facilitators and barriers to providing credible and trustworthy clinical learner assessment. \nBy the end of this grand rounds\, participants will review the philosophy underpinning workplace-based assessments.
