DESCRIPTION:Date: Thursday\, January 9\, 2025 \nTime: 7:30-8:30 a.m. CST  via Zoom \nZoom Link \nTitle: Setting the Course for Pediatric Community Health Improvement: The Dane County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) \nSession Overview: \nThe Affordable Care Act requires all tax-exempt hospitals to complete a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every three years to identify priority health issues and inform strategy development to address health inequities. This Grand Rounds session will highlight children and youth-related findings from the 2025-2027 Dane County CHNA. Presenters will detail how the local health systems and their partners collaborated to collect data as well as how providers\, clinical staff\, and learners were involved as a part of an overall effort to produce a more pediatric-focused assessment.
