Department of Pediatrics faculty care for patients at:

|•||Meriter Hospital, a 448-bed community hospital in Madison;|
|•||St. Mary’s Hospital, a 440-bed tertiary referral hospital in Madison;|
|•||Ten clinic locations in Madison and surrounding communities; and|
|•||Outreach clinics in 14 cities throughout Wisconsin and the region.|
- The American Family Children’s Hospital (AFCH) completed the final phase of its seventh- and eighth-floor expansion in May 2014. The expansion includes a 14-bed, Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), a 12-bed Universal Care Unit and a state-of-the-art imaging pavilion.
- The AFCH Pediatric Complex Care program, spearheaded by Mary Ehlenbach, MD, and Ryan Coller, MD, MPH, was formally launched in 2014 to support medically complex children and their families through communication and care coordination. In conjunction with the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services and Children's Hospital of Wisconsin Special Needs Program, the program also received a $9.45 million Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Innovation Award to further develop its mission.
- In 2014, U.S. News and World Report ranked American Family Children’s Hospital among the top 50 pediatric hospitals in four specialties: cancer, gastroenterology, orthopedics and pulmonology.
