Fee

  • $350 MD
  • $200 Registered Nurse/Physician Assistant
  • $125 Resident MD, Paramedic, Others

CME Credits are available for an additional $25 to each of the categories above.

The conference fee includes all lecture and laboratory sessions, American Heart Association (AHA) certificate charge, text materials, a nonrefundable $70 cancellation/administrative fee, parking on both days of the course, and continental breakfast and lunch on both days of the course.
