The Division of General Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine (GPAM) provides individualized care to patients as they grow into healthy young adults. The physicians, clinical nurses, and nurse practitioners on this team share their experience and expertise with colleagues in a variety of local, national, and international venues that address the latest strategies for promoting the physical and emotional health and well-being of children, adolescents, and their families.

Seminars in Pediatrics

This annual conference is designed for primary care providers, including physicians, nurses, and physician assistants, who participate in the diagnosis and treatment of childhood illness. Each year participants engage in lively lectures addressing hot topics in children health and wellness.

Sports Medicine Symposium

All Department of Pediatrics residents and fellows are invited to register for the Symposium at a reduced fee. The reduced fee form must be used (not the registration form in the brochure). This form must be signed by the department's education specialist (even if using hospital or departmental funds to pay the registration fee). This verifies eligibility for the reduced fee.
