Overview

The Division of Endocrinology & Diabetes maintains excellence in clinical care, education, and research through collaborations within an established interdisciplinary team.

The division operates four multidisciplinary clinics: the Pediatric Diabetes Clinic, the Pediatric Endocrinology Clinic, the Pediatric Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Clinic, and the Pediatric Fitness Clinic.

Each clinic relies on the combined talents of board-certified pediatric endocrinologists, doctors-in-training, certified diabetes educators, pediatric nurse practitioners, nutritionists, social workers, and psychologists. These caregivers blend understanding, sensitivity, and concern for each child with state-of-the-art medical care.

The division also conducts clinical, transitional, and basic research in areas related to diabetes, endocrinology, and metabolic disorders. Our research aims to improve the health and quality of life of children with diabetes and endocrine disorders.
